there is a suit then a suit grey suit with white shirt and a blue or a blue shirt don’t wear black pinstripe suits to a client’s place black pinstripe suits are very high on domination and you cannot be dominating when you are going for a sales call so we’re gray blue whatever you want to wear and this has to be a contrast between the shirt and trousers or instead of brown black

you can also have fun but I am saying largely define it black trousers spawn trousers blue shirt white shirt is not very you know variable as in maintenances is not good most white shirts are lousy I mean most people who were allies white shirt it’s no longer white Martin Spencer’s Madsen Spencer’s is the best place for white shirts incidentally that i have found if you find something better tell me Zara sorry captain I’m done bought formals and some formal shirts which lasts the longest in white marks and spencers white shirt last the longest in white because I have to throw my shirts I can’t wear shirts which are not white so anyway so make sure that there is a uniform smile we have

What is Coaching?

when you hear the word coaching what  springs to mind football coach acting  coach vocal coach maybe even a financial  coach confusing isn’t it

well coach has  become such a popular title that is  being used by lots of professions often  with no training and sometimes coaching  is just a fancy way of saying

I’ll ask  you a few questions and tell you what I  think you should do well let’s clear the  air a little bit about coaching coaching  is often confused with therapy  consulting and mentoring now those are  great helping professions

but they’re  not professional coaching here’s the  difference therapists focus on the past  and work to fix what’s broken  consultants provide qualitative analysis  and create road maps for organizational 

change they get paid to provide answers  mentors help those with less experienced  mentors are already experts in their  fields that are helping others reach  success now there may be some overlaps  an approach but none of these are  professional coaching  professional coaching is a different  type of conversation

there’s a whole lot  of asking and not much telling  professional coaches are focused on you  helping you design your future your  goals they’re thought-provoking and  inspirational you work on your topic a  professional coach focuses on you  professional coaches are also discerning  listeners empathetic creative intuitive  and curious they’re trained in coaching  behaviors and competencies

which makes  them really good coaches and they’re  bound by professional standards and  ethics a professional coach will be your  partner your advocate your champion  wanna try things you’ve only imagined  we’re smith leadership we believe it’s  all about what’s possible not what’s  limiting your future is waiting for you  we’ll help you design it call us a  professional Smith leadership coach will  speed you along your way

Executive Coaching – Coaching Movie

I’m a little bit controversial in this regard because I don’t see much difference between executive coaching and life coaching for me the only difference actually is that executive.

coaching is coaching which is paid for by a company as opposed to not move especially if it’s paid for by an individual we tentacle in life coaching but this is just a language that maybe just my language but you know whether you’re closing your coaching an individual with your coaching an.

executive or whether you’re coaching somebody that is not an executive it’s still a human being that has certain goals and certain things that they would like to do in their life or their career and they have a whole bunch of other things that are getting in their way interference.

if you wish that’s to those goals and my working hypothesis on this is that most of that interference is in here they don’t present with that they present with all sorts of interference which is external to them but actually the interference tends to be actually in

there and how they’re relating to one of those external things I think that the first benefit of truly removing that interference perhaps would be and maybe it’s the most important exceptional well-being when we can act totally consciously in every moment we are likely to be able to exercise impulse control where we’re likely to be in the moment you know doing attending to what

we need to be attending to in a particular moment rather than attending to the future or the past which is what tends to happen when the brain is working in default mode when we are attending to the present moment it is pretty well it’s uncontroversial I think now that when we return into the present moment

we are happy there is a higher level of serotonin in the brain low levels of dopamine which created all their cravings and addictions which also meant elite are suffering is flying on an error so I think what all that amounts to is a feeling of satisfaction or well-being so that’s benefit a now

I’m not quite sure what other benefits really matter once you’ve got benefit a sort it out but fundamentally if we are happy if we are acting if we’re doing the right thing moment by moment not just what appears to be right for us in a particular moment but what actually is right for us and others in the context of the longer

term then we will be successful so you say benefit be which is a spin-off of genuine well-being which can only occur when we do the right thing moment by moment is exceptional success benefit see we get promoted that’s it slightly flippant but you know I think those are the two if you wish key benefits of this kind of coaching

Small Business Tips and Tricks: Partnerships

hello and welcome to our first segment of small business tips and tricks brought to you by the Niagara Falls small business enterprise center my name is Angela Davidson and today

we’re going to talk about partnerships there are three forms of business ownership in Ontario a sole proprietorship a partnership and a corporation

a partnership is where two or more people create a business and work together in that business to carry out businesses operations there are a few pros and cons to partnerships that I would like to share with you today a couple pros are you can share the cost of startup so start starting a business is normally quite an expensive venture you can share these costs with

your partner or partners shared responsibilities and work you are not solely responsible for the operations and the day-to-day business that you might have to deal with you can work with these other people and share that type of responsibility with each other you can also keep each other motivated and excited to go to work every day you also have someone or a couple other people to share risks and expenses with there are a lot of promes to business partnerships however

there are also quite a few cons that I’d like to chat with you about today partners in a general partnership are usually responsible for if there’s two partners in a business they would each be responsible for fifty percent of that business if one partner disappears that responsibility would be placed on the partner that would be still located in the city and that person would basically be responsible for a hundred percent of business you also don’t have total control over the business when

you’re operating a partnership you do have to collaborate and compromise and work together to find the best options for all a friendship may not survive a partnership and we don’t highly recommend that to friends go into business together because normally

it can cause problems the one best way to decrease these risks of a partnership is to hire a lawyer and create a partnership agreement a partnership agreement can legally set out what is capable and not capable to be done in a partnership and what happens if one of the partners either decides to leave the business possibly passes away or decides that they would like to do something else if you don’t put a partnership agreement together
